- Sponge fingers
- Plain Fromage frais
- Vanilla extract
Make a normal cup of coffee but in a large mug and use 2 spoon full of Coffee granules with water and mix well. Leave aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl mix together 50g of quark, 50g of from frais and 2 tsp of sweetener, a few drops of vanilla extract. Taste and add more vanilla and sweetener of needed.
Now in a dessert or or glass I break up some sponge fingers and dunk them in the coffee to soak it all up, then put them at the bottom of the glass, now chop up the banana and add a couple of pieces on top of the soaked sponge fingers.
Now for the next layer I add the quark and from frais mixture and keep doing alternate layers until I reach the top but ending the layers with the quark mixture and sprinkling on some Cocoa powder for decoration but also for a great taste with the tiramisu.
Pop it in the fridge for a few hours to set and then enjoy!
